Sunrise Yoga - 6-Week Series
Wednesdays, May 5 - June 9, 5:30-6:30 am
Sunrise Yoga is an hour-long, early morning practice that will leave you nourished and energized to start your day! We will gently explore and awaken both body and mind with movement, steady and reflective holds, pranayama (breath work) and relaxation. This will provide the perfect moving meditation to prepare you for your day ahead. Open to all levels.
