Not sure where to even start? I get that. I was there too.
Many people like to start with a group yoga session to get a feel for me, my space, my style of yoga, and my overall approach to wellness and life, and then, go from there. I often have yoga students explore into some of my other offerings once they feel comfortable with me. That totally makes sense. You want to feel comfortable, safe, and supported as you explore and work deeper inwards towards your goals and desires. I want that for you as well.
On the other hand, some people feel more comfortable in a one-on-one session as they dive into something new and unfamiliar, to get their bearings and to allow for a deeper and more meaningful experience. If that speaks more to you, then I invite you to explore some of these introductory options:
A relaxed chat session to discuss where you are and what you are looking for. Remote or in-person available.
Private Yoga Session
45-minutes: $55 or 60-minutes: $65
One-on-one session to help you feel more comfortable developing your yoga practice, or to discuss any of your specific physical, mental, emotional or spiritual challenges or goals.
Center and Align
Sometimes, we feel scattered and don't even know what we want or how to verbalize or vocalize it. This is completely normal, and I've created this session to help you first, center yourself and relax deeply, so that then, things will flow forth with more ease, understanding, and intention. This session will be deeply infused with breath and body awareness and will include approximately 30-minutes of Restorative Yoga and 30-minutes of discussion to help you feel centered and aligned afterwards.
