At our core, we are all meant to live vibrant, balanced and inspired lives. Unfortunately, however, this realization often gets lost or forgotten as we become consumed in the day-to-day grind of routine and demands. We forget all about (or give priority to) taking care of and nurturing ourselves and our own personal journeys, and may even find ourselves living a life we don't feel connected to.
It's never too late though to discover what it is you were truly meant to do and be in this amazing life of yours. Each of us is born with a dharma (life purpose), as well as the inner strength and ability to do anything we desire. When we make the conscious choice to nurture and nourish ourselves on a deeper level, from the inside out, amazing things begin to unfold.

Through my own personal experiences, and those of my clients, I see that health is not just what we eat and how much we exercise. It is a whole lifestyle and mindset approach, and as such, I look at wellness from a whole-ness perspective - mind, body and soul. This 3-pronged approach will help you unravel deeper causes to surface level challenges, getting to the root of the issue so you can begin to make meaningful and lasting change. I will help you to build awareness and alignment to not only overcome your challenges now, but to create the future you desire.
what to expect
Working at a pace you are comfortable with, we will evaluate your most pressing concerns and goals, building a deeper awareness and understanding of your challenges and how to bring about change and transformation. Very few issues are singular in cause and where they take root from, so we will look at all potential sources, on all levels of your being, to gently begin to unravel the knots beneath and therefore, make the appropriate changes to facilitate release and growth.
Single Strategy Session
Includes one (1) 50-minute session to listen and offer guidance, perspective and support for anything you are going through or would like to talk about. Leave with a clearer mind, direction or even something you hadn't thought about before to help you move forward. (May schedule multiple single-sessions for follow-up as needed or desired)
