Meditation can be thought of as exercise or training for the mind. Just as we exercise, cleanse and train our physical bodies, our minds - and mental health especially - need that same attention, commitment and practice in order to best navigate the world around, and within, us. And just like many other forms of exercise, there are varying practices and levels. There is no "one right way" to meditation; instead, it is about finding what best supports you and your individual needs and goals at any given time or season of your life.
