Private Breath Coaching - 1-Month Program
4 sessions (30-minutes each); $150
Customized to your individual needs and personal goals, one-on-one coaching allows you the personal attention and training to learn more quickly, to go deeper, and to practice at your own pace. Sessions are 30-minutes in length and are held in-person or virtual. We'll work specifically on your health goals using the best breathing practices to serve you. Commitment and practice outside of sessions is expected (15 minutes daily); guided audio files for at home practice are included.
